
A Mumbai court on Monday granted bail to Sapna Gill and three other accused in the case of allegedly manhandling Indian cricketer Prithvi Shaw and attacking his car with a baseball bat. Following which social media 'influencer' Sapna Gill has filed an application at the Mumbai police station, seeking registration of an FIR against Indian cricketer Prithvi Shaw and others.
Sapna demanded registration of FIR against Shaw
Sapna Gill, through her advocate Kashif Ali Khan, has given an application at the Airport Police Station in Andheri on Monday. In which he has demanded registration of FIR against Indian cricketer Prithvi Shaw, his friend Ashish Yadav and others for alleged molestation and breach of decorum.

According to Sapna Gill's application, she and her friend Shobhit Thakur are regular visitors to the upmarket club. He alleges that during this time Prithvi Shaw was spotted there, who was partying with his friends and was allegedly drunk. Sapna Gill says that Shobhit, being a cricket fan, asked Shaw for a selfie, but he created a brawl.

Sapna Gill alleges that he had consumed too much alcohol and Thakur was unable to defend himself. So, he intervened and tried to stop Shaw and his other accomplices. Sapna Gill has claimed that she pleaded with Shaw, who was under the influence of alcohol at that time. Gill alleged that Shaw hurt him. Action should be taken against them under the offense punishable under 354 (kidnapping) and other provisions of the Indian Penal Code.
