Rahul Gandhi promises cheap power, Water in Delhi

New Delhi, Jan 27 (IANS) Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi Tuesday promised electricity and water at the lowest possible rates for the people in Delhi.

"We have three promises. We will provide electricity and water on the lowest rate, will make contract workers permanent, and give right to shelter to the people of Delhi," he told reporters after a roadshow here.
