After this, in his address, Rahul Gandhi sharply criticized the BJP for the collapse of the statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in Malvan. If there were no people like Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Shahu Maharaj, there would have been no Constitution.' Rahul Gandhi said 'The Indian Constitution is a manifestation of the thoughts of Shivaji Maharaj. Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj's message to the world was that the country belongs to everyone.'
Earlier, Rahul Gandhi was warmly welcomed by the party leaders on his arrival at Kolhapur airport. First of all, he went to the Rajarshi Shahu Samadhi Sthal in the morning. He had said that the ideology of Congress is in the DNA of Maharashtra and the fight is of ideology, which you are seeing in Hindustan, it is not just politics. Earlier politics was prevalent but today there is a war of ideologies in India. On one side is the Congress party and on the other side is the BJP.
