Remember Saeed Ajmal and Shoaib Malik dropping catches... The same scene seen in TNPL, will not stop laughing after watching the video

You must remember that catch of the year 2008 when Pakistan's Saeed Ajmal and Shoaib Malik could not decide who should catch the catch. A lot of memes were made on social media about that catch drop by Saeed and Shoaib and Pakistan's fielding unit was embarrassed all over the world. Something similar has now been seen in the Tamil Nadu Premier League 2023 as well.

The ball fell between three fielders

The team of Nellai Kings has defeated the Dindigul Dragons and booked the ticket for the final of Tamil Nadu Premier League 2023. However, a very funny incident happened in this match. Dragons batsman Subodh Bhati played the ball in the air while trying to make a big shot. A total of three fielders including the keeper gathered around to catch the catch. However, all the fielders kept staring at each other and no one came forward to take the catch. The result was that the ball fell between the three fielders and Subodh got a life.

Hrithik Easwaran played a stormy innings

Hrithik Easwaran played an important role in getting Nellai Kings a ticket to the finals. Batting in a stormy manner, he played an explosive inning of 39 runs in just 11 balls. During this, Hrithik scored 36 runs by hitting just six sixes. Hrithik booked the team's seat in the final by smashing the last ball of the match for a six down the leg side.

33 runs scored in one over

Hrithik Easwaran and Ajitesh scored 33 runs in the 19th over of the innings. In the cover of G Kishore, Hrithik, and Ajitesh batted explosively and rained sixes. On the first three balls of the over, Hrithik scored three sixes one after the other. Hrithik's shot did not fit on the fourth ball and he had to satisfy with one run.

Ajitesh also opened his hands on the fifth ball of the over and hit a six. Bowler Kishor's luck also turned sour and the last ball of the over came out of his hands as a no-ball, on which one run was scored. Hrithik Easwaran, who returned to strike, met the same fate with the last ball as he did with the first three balls.
