During his address, Lalu Yadav attacked the BJP. Lalu said that when the Mandal Commission was implemented, other BJP leaders including LK Advani had protested. Lalu said on the caste census that this is not a simple demand. Due to lack of caste census, the person sitting on the last rung of the society, the society is getting left behind.
