Hollywood actor Robert De Niro has recently become the father of the seventh child. The actor himself has disclosed this in a recent interview. The 79-year-old Oscar-winning actor, in an interview given during the promotion of the upcoming film 'About My Father', revealed the happiness he has found in this life.

Talking about parenthood, Robert De Niro said, 'I don't like laying down rules for kids, but there's no other way. And any parent, I think, would say the same thing. Everyone always wants to take the children on the right path, want them to do the right thing and want their benefit, but sometimes this does not happen. When the actor was asked about his six children, he said, 'Six, not seven.'

 

Robert himself confirms the seventh child

Taking his point further, the actor said, "I have just welcomed a baby boy." However, he did not reveal much more about the new member of his family or the mother of the child. A representative for Robert De Niro also later confirmed that he was indeed the father of seven children. The Oscar winner has had six children before. Daughter Drena and son Raphael from first wife Diana Abbott. Robert's twin sons Julian and Aaron with his girlfriend Toki Smith in 1995. Right there, son Elliot and daughter Helen Grace with his second wife.

'Godfather' fame actor Robert De Niro is a father as well as a grandfather. Robert De Niro has also earned appearances in many other films including 'The Irishman', 'The Godfather: Part 2', 'Raging Bull' and 'Taxi Driver'. The actor has won two Academy Awards.
