Russia can export, but it is stopping shipments to Ukraine. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and the Turkish Foreign Minister held talks on this issue on Wednesday. However, it did not yield any concrete results.

After the conversation, Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov said – the war between Russia and Ukraine has nothing to do with the global food crisis. Western countries and especially America are spreading rumors.

Lavrov said- We had made it clear earlier that Russia will not stop any shipment carrying grain. That's what we're doing. Russian soldiers will check every shipment. It will be seen that instead of grains, there are no weapons in them. If weapons are found, that ship will be confiscated. If it has food grains or wheat in it, we won't stop it at all.

We will also remove landmines

Lavrov said- Russia has put some landmines in the sea for its protection. We are not denying it, but if there are food shipments, we will remove them immediately. Russia will not allow the Global Food Crisis to happen. I want to assure you of this. I have told the Foreign Minister of Turkey that a mechanism will have to be prepared in this regard. Russia is ready to help in this.

Russia and Ukraine export 40% of Africa's food needs. Wheat prices have increased by 25 percent this year due to the war.

Ukraine's new decision

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has already started preparations for the winter. Zelensky said on Wednesday that Ukraine is preparing gas and coal reserves for the coming winter. Apart from this, the power plants are being remodeled. The rates of gas and electricity will be increased so that it does not burden the government exchequer.

1,000 Ukrainian soldiers were sent to Russia

Ukrainian soldiers trapped in Mariupol's Azhovstal Steel Plant surrendered to the Russian army. Now information has been received that these soldiers are being sent to Russia. According to Ukrainian media, about 1,000 soldiers have been sent to Russia.

The war continues in Severodonetsk

The city of Severodonetsk is an important industrial center for Russia. Capturing here would open the way to Kramatorsk, the main city of Donetsk. At least 70 percent of Severodnetsk's territory is reported to be under Russian control. However, the Ukrainian military has denied this. Ukraine says that the war is going on here.
