Samrat Prithviraj Flop! Akshay Kumar's period drama 'Samrat Prithviraj' has been disappointing since the first day of its release. This year was nothing special for Khiladi Kumar, first Bachchan Pandey did not ask for water at the box office and now it is 'Emperor Prithviraj'. According to the report of Box Office India, on Tuesday, the film had earned 4.35 crores while collecting a total of 48.60 crores, which was very less than expected. Now the team is that shows are being canceled due to a lack of audience in many places.

According to the reports of the E-Times, many shows of 'Samrat Prithviraj' were canceled due to zero occupancy. The report quoted its sources as saying that the film could not pull the audience to the theatres, however, already the ticket sales for the film's morning show were zero, so it is not expected that it will show anything amazing. It will happen and it will happen the same way.

Kamal Haasan's Vikram and Adivi Shesh's major were released with this film. While Major has earned more than 50 crores so far, this film by South's veteran actor Kamal Haasan is breaking records at the box office.

The production cost of 'Samrat Prithviraj' is said to be Rs 200 crore. So looking at the ticket sales, it would not be wrong to say that this film has become Akshay Kumar's second consecutive flop of the year after 'Bachchan Pandey'. Although it is being said that there is still time for the release of 'Jugg Jugg Jeeyo, it may be that this film Akshay will earn some money. Manushi Chhillar, Sonu Sood, and Sanjay Dutt are in the lead roles in this Chandraprakash Dwivedi film.
