SBI Server Down: Online and UPI services were affected due to the server down, customers are worried

Many customers of the State Bank of India (SBI) are facing problems with net banking and UPI service. Several SBI users have taken to the microblogging site Twitter to share their concerns about the slowness of the bank servers. In these tweets, people have said that the server is down and non-responsive. SBI's services affected include net banking, UPI payments, and the official SBI app (YONO). Earlier on April 1, SBI's online services were also affected.

Earlier on April 1, 2023, SBI notified server maintenance. Due to annual closing activities, INB/YONO/UPI services will not be available till 10:00. Internet banking, YONO, and UPI services were said to be disrupted from 1.30 pm to 4.43 pm. State Bank of India informed about this by tweeting.

 

SBI customers were worried since the morning on Monday

Many services, including net banking of State Bank of India, the country's largest public sector bank, have come to a standstill since Monday morning. Many users have also complained about problems with fund transfers. Explain that apart from SBI's internet banking services, services related to UPI and YONO app are also not working.

 

Customers complained about problems with transactions

Many customers have complained about the problems being faced due to SBI's server being down. Many customers have reported that their credit card payments are not being processed. On the bank's website, 'something went wrong at the bank servers. Please Retry' message is displayed. Down Detector, a website that tracks problems in bank servers globally, has also tweeted about the problems facing SBI's services.

 

Users are complaining about SBI's payment gateway being affected for 32 hours

A user of the State Bank of India has tweeted that the entire payment gateway of SBI is not working for last 32 hours. Meanwhile, on behalf of the bank, dear customer, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. You are requested to try again and let us know if the problem persists.
