Many customers of the State Bank of India (SBI) are facing problems with net banking and UPI service. Several SBI users have taken to the microblogging site Twitter to share their concerns about the slowness of the bank servers. In these tweets, people have said that the server is down and non-responsive. SBI's services affected include net banking, UPI payments, and the official SBI app (YONO). Earlier on April 1, SBI's online services were also affected.
There was trouble with online services even on April 1
Earlier on April 1, 2023, SBI notified server maintenance. Due to annual closing activities, INB/YONO/UPI services will not be available till 10:00. Internet banking, YONO, and UPI services were said to be disrupted from 1.30 pm to 4.43 pm. State Bank of India informed about this by tweeting.

Many services, including net banking of State Bank of India, the country's largest public sector bank, have come to a standstill since Monday morning.
