Several SBI users have taken to the microblogging site Twitter to share their concerns about the slowness of the bank servers. In these tweets, people have said that the server is down and non-responsive. SBI's services affected include net banking, UPI payments, and the official SBI app (YONO). Earlier on April 1, SBI's online services were also affected.

Earlier on April 1, 2023, SBI notified server maintenance. Due to annual closing activities, INB/YONO/UPI services will not be available till 10:00. Internet banking, YONO, and UPI services were said to be disrupted from 1.30 pm to 4.43 pm. State Bank of India informed about this by tweeting.
