An important meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization is being held in New Delhi on Monday. This meeting is being held regarding the Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure (RATS). The special thing is that a three-member delegation of Pakistan is also participating in this meeting. This meeting started at 9 am. This meeting is taking place at a time when there is a war between Russia and Ukraine.

 

This meeting of SCO will last from 16-19 May. This meeting is being organized for the first time in India after the violent clash between the soldiers of the two armies on the India and China border in the year 2020. In this clash, 20 Indian soldiers were martyred, while many Chinese soldiers were also killed in this clash. This clash was started from the Chinese side.

 

For the first time since becoming a member of this organization, a delegation of Pakistan is coming to India to take part in it. The delegation of China will not be able to participate in this meeting due to the Corona epidemic. However, officials of the Embassy of China in India will be involved in this. Let us tell you that there have been no bilateral talks between India and Pakistan for a long time.

 

In the year 2021, delegations from India and Pakistan participated in the SCO-RATS meeting in Pabi. Sources say that the delegation of Pakistan has come to India to participate in it by road.
