Violent clashes have once again erupted in Delhi's Jahangirpuri. According to the news agency, stone-pelting took place between the two communities. This incident took place in J Block on Tuesday late at night. There is tension in the area after this incident.

 

It is being told that last night there was an altercation between the two groups over some issue. After this, there was a fight between both sides. Soon people from both sides started pelting stones at each other. People can be seen pelting stones in the CCTV footage.

Several vehicles were also damaged in this incident. Several police teams have been deployed at the spot. In this case, the police have also taken some people into custody. Police are also continuously patrolling the area.

DCP North West Usha Rangnani said that the two accused Vishal and Veeru, residents of Jahangirpuri, have been taken into custody in this case. He said that the rest of the accused would also be caught soon. Giving information, the DCP said that two days ago there was an altercation between some youths in the Mahendra Park police station area. A man named Zaheer and his friend had come in search of those boys. Both were drunk and pelted stones. The windows of the vehicles were also broken.

 

He said there was no communal angle in the incident as people from both sides belonged to the same community. No one has been injured in the incident.
