The matter was going on in Satish Kumar Munda Judicial Magistrate First Class and MP MLA Special Court. High Court lawyer Prabhat Kumar Singh was appearing on behalf of Lalu in the court. Lalu's lawyer Dhirendra Kumar Singh alias Pappu Singh told that a case was registered against Lalu in the Garhwa district in 2009. After hearing the Palamu court, Lalu was punished and the court left. Lalu has to pay Rs 6000 as punishment.
