Telangana: Video of class 10th students drinking alcohol in government school goes viral, probe ordered

A video showing children of a government residential school in Telangana has gone viral on social media. In the video, class 10th students are seen having a liquor party collectively. After the viral video surfaced, there has been a stir from the school administration to the district administration. According to the information, the video is being told of the day of the farewell party organized in the school.

 

A speedy inquiry has also been ordered by the school. The case is in the Mancherial district of Telangana. Dandipelli Government Residential Students' School in the district. Where class 10th students are seen drinking alcohol in a video made during the farewell party.

 

 

The farewell party was organized in the hostel premises of the residential school. According to local development officer Bhagwathy, the students had taken permission from the hostel superintendent to organize a farewell party before the start of the summer vacation. But students are seen drinking alcohol in the room. The party was held on 17 April.

 

The development officer said that the liquor was supplied from outside the school premises. This work is probably done by the friends of the hostel students living in the village. However, some students, being intoxicated, shared pictures on social media while drinking. Which are going viral now. An inquiry has also been ordered by the district administration in the matter.
