Musk further said that there is immense potential for the development of New Energy in India. This includes solar power, battery packs, electric vehicles, etc. He is hopeful that Starlink satellite internet service can come to India soon.

Earlier, in an interview given in the American media, Musk had said that Tesla could come to India by this end. For this, talks are on with the Government of India. India is a good place to set up a new manufacturing plant.
