Researchers say that by washing hands and covering the face at least 6 times a day, the risk of corona infection can be reduced by 90%. If you apply the mask, up to 90 percent infection from droplets (small drops of sneezing and coughing) can be prevented. In the research done on both these essential measures of hygiene, almost the same things have come out which are being said by experts and governments of every country.

Tested homemade masks are good: Edinburgh University researchers conducted research on seven different types of face-covering masks. These included medical masks and homemade masks as well. Researchers say these also prevent corona. According to researcher Dr. Felicity Mehanoull, whether homemade masks or surgical all these are successful in preventing the virus coming directly.

Masks are better packaged in all four ways: The researcher says that some masks are such that the air rapidly comes in from the edges. While the Surgical and Tested Homemade Mask prevents air flow. It is the safest if the mask does not have air to go around.

CDC also appealed:

The American Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) also appealed that Americans wear masks made of clothes or fabric. Such masks can either be purchased online or they can be made at home. Ordinary people should not wear medical grade masks, as they are very few in number and their availability is necessary for medical staff working to save lives.

Also collected data from the 2006 to 2009 epidemic: Researchers at University College London say that it is necessary to wash your hands at least 6 times daily and at least 10 times to avoid infection with dangerous viruses like corona. According to the epidemic data of the virus spread between 2006 and 2009, it can be eradicated with soap and water.

1663 people studied: According to researchers, all viruses in the Corona group are associated with the same type of epidemic. Everyone has trouble breathing. To avoid such infections, washing hands frequently is a better option. According to research published in the Welcome Open Research Journal, 1663 people were studied. During research, it was found that those who washed their hands at least 6 times had a lower risk of infection. In England, the government has advised to wash hands for 20 seconds.
