The journey of 'Bigg Boss 19' has come to an end. The winner has also been announced. Gaurav Khanna has emerged as the winner of this season. Defeating Farhana Bhatt, Gaurav Khanna has claimed the coveted trophy of the show. Salman Khan announced Gaurav Khanna as the winner in the grand finale.

 

 

How much prize money did Gaurav receive?

Gaurav Khanna was a strong contender from the very beginning of the show. He won the Ticket to Finale by winning a task. His place in the Top 5 was already secured. He then reached the Top 2, where he competed against Farhana Bhatt. Following this, he was declared the winner. Besides the trophy, Gaurav received a cash prize of Rs. 50 lakhs.

Gaurav Khanna was born on December 11, 1981, in Kanpur. Gaurav works in Hindi television serials. He is known for playing the role of Anuj Kapadia in 'Anupama'. For this role, he has also received the Indian Telly Award for Best Actor in a Lead Role. Besides this, Gaurav also won 'Celebrity MasterChef India Season 1'.

 

 

He defeated the one who mocked him in the finale.

Gaurav Khanna competed against Farhana in the finale. Both contestants reached the Top 2.  Interestingly, during the show, Farhana had allegedly made derogatory remarks on television. Not only that, but she had also made sarcastic comments about Gaurav Khanna. At that time, Salman Khan defended Gaurav and reprimanded Farhana. In the final, Gaurav defeated Farhana herself. This is quite interesting in itself.
