According to news agency PTI, the winter session of Parliament is likely to start from the fourth week of November, and during this time the Covid-19 protocol will be strictly followed. It was told that the session will end before Christmas and during this time the session is likely to be held for about 20 days.

Right now the opposition has issues like inflation, increase in fuel prices, increase in the prices of edible oil, recent attacks on civilians in Kashmir, and ongoing protests by farmer groups, through which it will prepare to surround the government in Parliament. On the other hand, the government can give immediate relief to the general public by taking some decisions in this session before the elections.
Rajya Sabha and Lok Sabha sessions will be held simultaneously but members will have to follow physical distancing norms. The first few sessions may be held at different times so that there is no movement of people in the Parliament premises. MPs will be required to wear masks at all times during the winter session and may be asked to undergo a COVID-19 test.
