Amid the Ukraine war, India once again gave a message to both countries to return to the path of dialogue. Speaking at the ongoing G20 summit in Bali, Indonesia, PM Narendra Modi also gave a strong message to the western countries. The PM said that India's energy security is important for the development of the world and the world should care about it. Speaking in his first address at the G20 summit on Tuesday, he said, "We must not promote any restrictions on the supply of energy, and stability in the energy market must be ensured."

This message of PM Modi was directed toward western countries including America. Since Russia attacked Ukraine, the western countries led by America have imposed various sanctions on it. They are also affecting the energy supply. Top world leaders including US President Joe Biden were present when PM Modi gave the message of not promoting sanctions.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi called for a return to the path of "ceasefire and diplomacy" to resolve the Ukraine dispute. At the same time, he opposed promoting any restrictions on the supply of energy amid calls from Western countries against Russian oil and gas purchases. Addressing a session of the annual G20 summit, Modi said global challenges posed by climate change, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the Ukraine crisis have created havoc in the world and global supply chains have "collapsed".
