
The tension between India and China on the eastern Ladakh border for the last year has not even ended yet that the dragon seems to be doing tricks again. The Chinese Air Force has been seen doing a major exercise in its area of East Ladakh. About two dozen fighter aircraft of China participated in this exercise. The Indian Army is also closely monitoring the practice of Chinese fighter jets.
Defense sources told news agency ANI that 21-22 fighter jets were involved in the exercise. In this exercise, China's J-17, which is the Chinese avatar of the Sukhoi-27 fighter aircraft. Apart from this, J-16 aircraft were also seen flying in the exercise. Sources said that the Indian side is also closely monitoring this exercise of China.
According to sources, the airports from where the Chinese fighter jets conducted exercises included several airbases including Hotan, Gar Gunsa, and Kashnagar. Some of these have been recently updated by China so that all types of fighter aircraft can fly from here. Along with this, the airport structures have also been changed so that fighter planes can be hidden.
Chinese planes remained in their territory
Sources said that Chinese fighter aircraft remained in their territory during the exercise. Indian fighter jets are patrolling amid the ongoing tension in the Ladakh region since last year.
