A long list of words has been issued by the Lok Sabha Secretariat, which will be considered unparliamentary in both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha. Meanwhile, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla has clarified this in a way. He has said that this is a process of Lok Sabha which is going on since 1959.

Let us inform you that the Lok Sabha Secretariat has released a list of such words and sentences under the title Unparliamentary Words 2021, which were declared unparliamentary in the state legislatures including Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. The words included in this list have been classified as 'unparliamentary expressions'. Under this, words like Jumlajeevi, Corona spreader, Jaichand, Shakuni, Jaichand, Lollipop, Chandal Quartet, Gul Khile, and Pitthu will not be used in both the houses during the discussion.
