Russia, which attacked Ukraine on 24 February 2022, also wants to capture neighboring and friendly country Belarus by 2030. Ukraine's largest newspaper 'Kyiv Independent' has made this claim based on some leaked documents. There are two parts to this document.
According to the newspaper report, on one hand, the government of Vladimir Putin is trying to occupy Ukraine and on the other hand, it does not have good intentions toward Belarus. This is the situation when the Government of Belarus and its President Alexander Lukashenko are helping Putin in every possible way in the war against Ukraine.
A 17-page secret document leaked
A 17-page document is in the hands of a group of journalists from America, Europe, and the Kyiv Independent. It allegedly contains details of the plan that Russia has made to occupy Belarus. This is a conspiracy to snatch the independence of Belarus.
The document describes in detail how Russia is trying to dominate the political, economic, and military of its friendly nation Belarus. It intends to take control of Belarus completely in 7 years i.e. by 2030.
It has been told in the document that by 2030 Russia wants to bring the same currency and tax system to this country which is currently in Russia. Media will also be controlled. The army of Belarus has to follow the same rules which the army of Russia follows. Not only this, all major military installations of Belarus will be shifted to Russia.
which two parts
Ukraine newspaper itself has not published this leaked document. According to a Western intelligence source, several Russian agencies have jointly prepared this two-part plan. The first part – will run from 2022 to 2025. The second and last part - will be implemented from 2025 to 2030. It has been prepared by Russia's Domestic, Foreign, and Military Intelligence Agencies.
Sources claim that the Kremlin prepared this document in 2021. A member of NATO countries said – We do not doubt the veracity of this document. Rainer Saks, former chief of Estonia's Foreign Intelligence Service, said - Russia's plan is very big and the inclusion of Belarus is a part of it. He is doing the same thing in Ukraine as well.
first part
In this, political, military, and defense sector units will be merged into Russian agencies or departments or they will be controlled. It started in 2022 and will run till 2025. In this, the humanitarian, trade, and economic sectors have also been included.
Russia and Belarus will sign the Political Integration Program. In 2021, Belarus President Lukashenko came to power through open rigging, and Putin openly helped and supported him. Recently, whatever changes Belarus has made in the name of reforming the constitution, in reality, they have been done keeping in mind the interests of Russia.
second part
The details of the report tell that by 2030, Moscow will control Russia's foreign and defense policy. Not only this, but the border protection of Belarus will also be in the hands of the Russian army. There are still more than 30,000 Russian soldiers present there.
It is believed that Belarus will make military equipment worth $6.3 million to Russia this year. The world has imposed many sanctions on Russia. So, it is not able to import some essential parts. This is not a problem with Belarus. Russia is taking advantage of this.
Russian companies will rule in Belarus. At present, there is a mutual trade of $ 50 billion between the two countries. There is a nuclear plant Astravits 1 in Belarus. Russia wants to use it for the energy sector. There is also a plan to unify the currency of both countries. Russia's strategy is also ready for dominance in cultural, education, and other civil sectors. More than half of the students of Belarus go to Russia for higher studies.
word change only
Rainer said – There is a plan to merge Belarus with Russia. If anything differs, it is only the terms that are used in this document. Moscow's intentions regarding Ukraine and Belarus are the same. Anyway, Belarus was separated from the Soviet Union in 1999. Now Russia again wants to unite with itself.
For this, the Union State Project was launched. In 2018, Belarus requested Putin to give oil at a discount. Russia also accepted it. Russia aims to strengthen its defense by bringing Belarus together. An expert says- We do not think that Russia will use force here ie in the case of Belarus like Ukraine. He is preparing for this on many levels or should we say he has already done so.
