US: The victims of the 9/11 attacks were pushed by the court, Taliban demands to return $ 3.5 billion from America

A federal judge from New York said that the families of the victims of the 9/11 attacks are not entitled to seize the $ 3.5 billion of the central bank of Afghanistan. After this decision was pronounced, Taliban officials asked Washington to return $ 3.5 billion belonging to the central bank of Afghanistan.

Let us know that the United States controlled this property soon after the Taliban returned to power in Afghanistan in 2021. President Joe Bidon said that this money can be made available to the families of 9/11 victims. In this case, Judge George Daniel of the southern district of New York said on Tuesday that the federal courts did not have the right to seize funds from the central bank of Afghanistan.

Daniels said in a 30-page judgment, "It is banned from approval to the fund constitutionally because if the American court does so, it will prove that the Taliban is a valid government of Afghanistan." Daniels said that they have been constitutionally prevented from giving property to families.

Explain that no country including the United States has recognized the Taliban government yet. It is known that 2,977 people were killed in the 9/11 suicide aircraft attacks. It was only after this attack that the US took military action against the Taliban government in Afghanistan and removed it from power.
