US-India: America issued 1.25 lakh student visas to Indian students in 2022, and all old records broken

The Embassy and Consulates of the United States of America in India have broken their records. Around 1,25,000 student visas were issued in the financial year 2022. State Department spokesman Ned Price gave this information at a press conference.
