In such a situation, it is believed that this could also be a reason for the cancellation of so many flights by Vistara Airlines. Vistara Airlines has issued a statement saying 'Due to various reasons, especially due to crew shortage, we have canceled a large number of flights in the past few days and many flights have been delayed. In such a situation, we have decided that for the sake of connectivity in our network, we will reduce the number of our flights.

According to media reports, under the new system, Vistara pilots will get a fixed salary for 40 hours of flying. Also, they will be paid separately for additional hours of flight. Currently, Vistara pilots are paid a salary of 70 hours per flight. According to experts in the matter, many pilots of Vistara Airlines have become angry with the new salary structure because it will reduce their salary.
