'We have all the capabilities, Made in China Tesla will not run in India,' Gadkari told Elon Musk after the deal with Twitter

The acquisition deal between Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk and social media platform Twitter is almost finalized. Twitter's board has accepted a $44 billion acquisition bid by Musk. After this, he has come very close to becoming the boss of this social media platform.

Meanwhile, in a program, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has offered Elon Musk to produce in India. Gadkari said that if Elon Musk wants to produce in India, then we have all the capabilities and technology. But if he will produce in China and sell in India then it is not a good proposition.

During the program, Gadkari said, I request him to start production here. India is a big market. There are also ports here. They can export from India. Meanwhile, Gadkari ruled out the possibility of entry of the concept of Made in China Tesla in India, saying, he is welcome in India. But suppose he wants to produce in China and sell in India then it is not good for India. We request them to come to India and manufacture here.

One of the world's richest people, Elon Musk's electric company Tesla has been looking forward to entering the Indian market for a long time. She is seeking tax exemption from the Government of India. But the demand for exemption has been rejected many times and it has been said that it cannot be fulfilled. Musk's company Tesla wants to import its vehicles to India and wants tax exemption. Whereas the Government of India has been saying that the company should produce vehicles locally instead of importing.

Significantly, on April 14, Musk had offered to buy Twitter. Musk has said he wants to buy Twitter because he doesn't think it is living up to its potential as a platform for free expression. Twitter's board on Monday unanimously approved his proposal and recommended shareholders do the same.
