IPL 2022 CSK vs PBKS: Chennai Super Kings win or lose, MS Dhoni becomes the superstar of the match

Posted on 26th Apr 2022 06:08 pm by rohit kumar

In the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022, just a few days ago, Mahendra Singh Dhoni had given the team victory against Mumbai Indians while batting in the last over and now he could not lead the team to victory against Punjab Kings on Monday. CSK needed 27 runs in the last over against Punjab Kings and Dhoni was at the crease. Dhoni also hit a six off Rishi Dhawan's very first ball, but after that Dhawan made a comeback, and CSK could only manage 15 runs in the last over and lost the match by 11 runs. Well whether Dhoni can win the team or not does affect his fan following much.

Whenever a team plays against CSK, whoever wins, the post-match superstar is Dhoni. Something similar happened after the match against Punjab Kings. Some pictures have been shared on the official page of the Indian Premier League.

After the match, Dhoni was seen chatting with Man of the Match Shikhar Dhawan. The smile on their face between the two is telling how great it was for both of them to be with each other.

Mayank Agarwal was seen laughing with Dhoni after the match. He must have taken some special captaincy tips from Dhoni.

Apart from Mayank, Dhoni also spent some time with Punjab Kings head coach Anil Kumble. Talking about the match, Punjab Kings scored 187 runs for four wickets in 20 overs, in response CSK's team could only score 176 runs for six wickets in 20 overs.
