'We pray for his relief, Sonu Sood prays for Rajpal's bail before the court hearing

The Delhi High Court is scheduled to hear today the bail plea of ​​Rajpal Yadav, who is lodged in Tihar Jail in a cheque bounce case. In the previous hearing, the court was not satisfied with the arguments of Rajpal's lawyer and adjourned the case for the next hearing. Ahead of today's hearing, actor Sonu Sood has posted in support of Rajpal. He has appealed to people to pray for the actor.

Before the hearing, Sonu Sood posted a post in support of Rajpal Yadav. Praying for relief for Rajpal, Sonu Sood wrote on Instagram, "Today is an important day for our brother Rajpal Yadav. We pray that everything moves in the right direction and he receives the relief he deserves. He is a remarkable talent and a noble soul. We must not let this effort go to waste; we stand with him and will continue to do so until everything is resolved."

 

 

Bollywood comes out in support of Rajpal

After Rajpal Yadav's imprisonment, the entire Bollywood industry has come out in support of him. Sonu Sood was the first to step forward. He personally offered Rajpal Yadav a film and appealed to the industry to help the actor. Following this, several prominent Bollywood figures came forward to support Rajpal Yadav and provide financial assistance. These include Salman Khan and Ajay Devgn, Varun Dhawan, Gurmeet Choudhary, KRK, and Anup Jalota, among others.

 

 

What's the matter?

 

Rajpal Yadav is in jail in connection with a 2010 check-bounce case. He borrowed ₹5 crore from a company to make a film, which has now grown to ₹9 crore.

 

The actor failed to repay the amount despite being granted several extensions. The checks he issued also bounced.

 

Following a court order on February 5th, he surrendered in Tihar Jail.

 

At the last hearing on his bail plea, the actor's lawyer cited family events, which were the basis for his bail request.

 

The court has currently adjourned the case until Monday, February 16. The matter is now scheduled for another hearing today.
