These include Salman Khan and Ajay Devgn, Varun Dhawan, Gurmeet Choudhary, KRK, and Anup Jalota, among others.
What's the matter?
Rajpal Yadav is in jail in connection with a 2010 check-bounce case. He borrowed ₹5 crore from a company to make a film, which has now grown to ₹9 crore.
The actor failed to repay the amount despite being granted several extensions. The checks he issued also bounced.
Following a court order on February 5th, he surrendered in Tihar Jail.
At the last hearing on his bail plea, the actor's lawyer cited family events, which were the basis for his bail request.
The court has currently adjourned the case until Monday, February 16. The matter is now scheduled for another hearing today.
