Light to moderate rainfall at most places with heavy falls at isolated places very likely over Tamil Nadu, South Interior Karnataka, South Coastal Andhra Pradesh, and Rayalaseema today.
There will be heavy rains in Kerala and Lakshadweep
According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains may occur over Kerala, Mahe, and Lakshadweep today. After that, there will be a reduction in rainfall activity over the region. Fishermen have been advised not to venture into the southeast and adjoining east-central Arabian Sea and along and off the Kerala-Karnataka coast and Lakshadweep area.

According to the department, one may have to face a severe cold in late December. There will be no drop in the day temperature for the time being. By Friday or Saturday in Delhi, the maximum temperature will reach 24 and the minimum temperature will reach six degrees. People will get relief from the sunshine during the day.
