Weather Update: Cyclonic storm Hamoon becomes dangerous, alert of heavy rain from Bengal to Tamil Nadu; Know the condition of other states including Delhi-UP

Changes are being seen in the weather of many states of the country. Light cold continues in the morning and evening. However, the Meteorological Department has issued an alert regarding the cyclonic storm. Apart from this, IMD has predicted that haze will persist in the national capital Delhi today and tomorrow.

The Meteorological Department said that the cyclonic storm Hamun formed over the Bay of Bengal will cross the coast of Bangladesh today. Apart from this, IMD has also warned fishermen regarding storm Hamoon. IMD has advised fishermen in Tamil Nadu and Odisha not to venture onto the beaches.

 

Chances of rain in Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Bengal

The Meteorological Department has issued a rain alert in some states regarding the cyclonic storm. The Meteorological Department said that there are chances of rain in Tamil Nadu and Bengal due to the impact of the cyclonic storm. Apart from this, there may be rain on the northern coast of Odisha and Kerala today.

 

How will the weather be in Delhi-NCR?

The Meteorological Department said that foggy conditions will persist in Delhi-NCR for the next few days. However, the weather in the national capital will remain clear as the day progresses. The Meteorological Department said that the effect of cold may increase in Delhi in the coming days.

 

Snowfall in mountainous areas increased the cold

In Uttarakhand, snowfall in the mountainous areas including Kedarnath-Badrinath has increased the cold. The Meteorological Department said that the weather will remain dry in Uttarakhand for the next few days. Apart from this, IMD has predicted light rain in the Western Himalayas.

 

How will the weather be in other states including UP-Bihar?

At the same time, the Meteorological Department has warned about the weather in UP-Bihar. The Meteorological Department said that cold will increase in UP during the next few days and mild cold will continue in the morning and evening. IMD said that a similar situation will prevail in Bihar also. Here the cold will increase further in the evening and morning.
