Danny Shoham is known to be an expert on chemical and biological warfare. Shoham has even written that one of the three Chinese scientists who were expelled from Canada, the woman scientist was in contact with the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China. The second incident of the corona virus being considered a biological weapon occurred in the US.
