He said that in one year, there have been three meetings in the United Nations Security Council on the issue of Kashmir, which was not possible without the help of China. Indian Foreign Ministry spokesman Anurag Shrivastava had reacted to the shared statement of China-Pakistan and said that some part of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor is in the territory of India which has been illegally occupied by Pakistan.

He had said, "We strongly oppose any country's attempt to change the status quo in the case of Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir. We hope that no country will interfere in the internal affairs of India."

In response to the question of whether Saudi Arabia has asked for the money back to Pakistan, Qureshi said that this is a 'concocted' and 'imaginary' question.
