Due to the delay in landing of wheat in the godowns and the unloading of unloaded rage among the stockmen and farmers, the drivers and operators of the trucks are also very unhappy. On Thursday, long lines of trucks are engaged for unloading wheat outside the godowns of Food Corporation of India at Pipli and Alampur in Kurukshetra, but the number of trucks waiting to unload wheat for the last two days is still out due to loose wheat unloading. didn `t come. By late evening on both sides of Pipli godown, there were lines of trucks of about one kilometer long.

Putting their trucks in line at Pipli intersection, some truck drivers sitting under the bridge, Manjeet Singh, Avtar Singh, Vishnu Kumar, etc., told that their trucks are standing in the lines here. But many days have passed and their number is not coming. He said that due to shortage of laborers, the employees of Food Corporation of India are slowing down wheat from trucks.

Manjeet Singh told that today is the third day. Similarly, Avtar Singh and Vishnu Kumar told that it has been their fourth day standing in the line but there is still no hope of getting the number. Meanwhile, when asked about approaching a godown crossing a big trola trucks, he said that the number of vehicles in which more than 600 khatas are of wheat and they are getting weighed here is coming soon. And they stand there. Other truck drivers and operators standing there told that they have to spend time on the road at night too. They either sleep in the middle of trucks or sleep on the road nearby. They also crave for food and drink. Due to the lockdown, they do not get any food and drink in Pipli. So they have to get food from their homes or from any of their experts. Sometimes they also crave for tea.

Assurance of investigation after complaint

On the other hand Dayalchand, President of Kurukshetra Mandi Association, said that the work of unloading wheat in the godowns is going very slow. Rajiv Goyal, former president of Pipli Mandi Aadhati Association, has said that another reason for slowing of unloading of wheat is that the foodgrains are being looted in the name of moisture by the Food Corporation of India. They are not leaving anyone without a cut and without taking a bribe. Also not giving the receipt from the printer. He has also complained about the breakup to the Deputy Commissioner. He said that the Deputy Commissioner has assured him of the investigation. He also said that wheat is not being paid to the agent.

Wheat soaked in rain, rot in mandis

Uklana Mandi (S): Claims have been made by the government and administration to provide the farmer and his crop with all the facilities in the mandi, but on the ground these claims seem to be hollow. This was seen in the grain market and purchase centers of Uklana. Due to heavy rains in Ukala last night, the wheat market and the wheat lying in the old grain market was completely ruined. The wheat of the farmers lying in the grain market and old grain market became water in the strong rains.

The wheat of the farmers kept under the open sky was completely wasted. Due to the lack of sheds in the mandis, the wheat sacks lying in the open were overflowed. The farmers faced problems due to lack of proper lifting of wheat here. Alam was that the rainy water appeared to flow from under the sacks. Now when the wheat filled bags were opened, the wheat started rotting and smelled a lot. At the same time, stray wheat began to be eaten by stray animals, which can also make them sick. The rotting of wheat made the people living in the mandis difficult. At the same time, the head of the Board of the Sarvapyapar Business, Baburam Mittal said that neither the government nor the market committee administration has any better plan.
