PM Narendra Modi suddenly arrived in Leh on Friday morning along with Chief of Defense Staff (CDS) General Vipin Rawat and Army Chief Manoj Mukund Narwane. Along with taking stock of India's preparedness on the border against China's aggressive People's Liberation Army (PLA), PM Modi has raised the spirits of India's zealous soldiers from the sky. The arrival of PM Modi and Army top officers here is a step to greatly boost the spirits of Indian soldiers stationed in East Ladakh. PM's departure is a clear and blunt message to China. The dragon has been told how seriously India is taking this tension and their nefarious antics.
However, a spokesman for the Foreign Ministry on Thursday said that appealed to China to end the border tension soon, but the Chinese border will take time to retreat, as China is not in the mood to resolve the problem through dialogue. Even talking peace, the PLA is going to take time to withdraw troops from Galvan, Gogra, Hot Spring, and Pangong Tso Point.
