A meeting of Punjab officials was called by AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi, which was described as a training program. Regarding this, the opposition accused Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann of running with a 'remote control'. To this Mann said, "If needed, I will send my officers to Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and even Israel for training. Why should anyone object to this? They (Delhi government) education, There are experts in electricity, health. Why don't I send officials?"

 

Earlier this week, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal met Punjab officials and Mann was not in the meeting. Regarding this, the opposition Congress created a big controversy, accusing the AAP chief of 'remote control'. Former Chief Minister Amarinder Singh was among those who tweeted criticizing the meeting. Mann asked who objected. Is Captain Amarinder Singh everyone?

'They can go anywhere to learn good things'

 

Mann denied the sidelines of his party chief. He said, "Who is the opposition? Where is the opposition? Don't criticize for criticizing. It was I who sent the officers to Delhi for training. They can go anywhere to learn good things? I allowed it." What's wrong with that?"

 

'People of the state did not vote for such a government

 

Congress Legislature Party leader Partap Singh Bajwa claimed that the people of the state had not voted for a government that would be run from Delhi through remote control. At the same time, Shiromani Akali Dal chief Sukhbir Singh Badal termed Kejriwal's meeting as unconstitutional and unacceptable.

 

'A gross violation of our rights as a state'

 

Congress MLA Pratap Bajwa questioned Chief Minister Mann about the meeting. Bajwa tweeted, "Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann Ji tells us that the CM and ministers of Delhi are meeting with our officials in the absence of the CM and ministers of Punjab. If so, this is our state as a state. This is a gross violation of rights. The people of Punjab did not vote for a remote-controlled government from Delhi."
