Elon Musk took command of the social media platform First of all, the name of this platform was changed from Twitter to X and now a new subscription model can be released. Under this, an annual fee of one dollar will be imposed for basic facilities.

The new subscription model has been named 'Not a Bot', in which there will be a provision to charge users for liking or reposting posts made on others' accounts. The purpose of introducing this new subscription model is to combat bots and spammers. Bots have been a controversial issue for Elon Musk.

Know how much the subscription fee will be

The subscription fee will be decided based on the exchange rate of each country. Once the new subscription model is implemented, users in India will have to pay Rs 83.23 as a subscription fee. Apart from this, China will have to pay 7.30 yuan, Japan will have to pay 149.68 yen, and Russia will have to pay 97.52 rubles as a subscription fee.

Ax said that the new model will be implemented first in New Zealand and the Philippines. In this test, existing users will not be affected, but new users who do not want to subscribe will only be able to view posts or videos and follow the account.
