I'm not receiving $ft as a Cc. Why is that??

$to = "$email";
$headers = "From:" .$tf."rn";
$headers .= "Cc: $tfrn";
$subject = "SUBJECT";
$message = "bla bla bla...";
$message = "Name: " . $thename;
