Amid the political uproar in Rajasthan amidst the ongoing political upheaval in Rajasthan, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has said that there is a conspiracy to topple the government, but we are strong. Those who have cheated, if they want to come back to the party and apologize to Sonia Gandhi.

Regarding the condition of the Governor to call the assembly session, Gehlot said that victory will be 21 days or 31 days. For the first time in 70 years, a governor has raised such questions. Can you understand where the country is going?

There is a tussle between the government and the governor to call the assembly session. After the first two proposals were rejected, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot sent a third petition to the Raj Bhavan on Tuesday. Now the Governor's reply is awaited. On the other hand, the BSP has filed a petition in the High Court against its 6 MLAs joining the Congress. Appeal was filed in the court on behalf of party general secretary Satish Mishra.

What can happen next in the case of an assembly session?

Will the Governor approve the third application or not?

It is less likely to return the file a third time. The governor is in a mood to end the confrontation that has been going on for the last 6 days. In such a situation, we can approve to call the session from 31 July or any other date.

If this time also the application is rejected?

Gehlot's cabinet minister Pratap Singh Khachariwas says that if the governor goes against the constitution and returns the file to call the session, the government will again take it to the cabinet. Then the Chief Minister will take the final decision.

2 petitions of BJP in case of BSP MLAs

BJP and BSP are running bets against Congress in the court. This case is related to the joining of Congress by all 6 BSP MLAs 9 months ago. BJP MLA Madan Dilawar has challenged this in the High Court.

Dilawar's petition was dismissed on Monday, but on Tuesday, he filed a fresh petition. An application is against the BSP MLAs going to Congress. Despite complaining to the speaker against the second defection, there is no action and to dismiss the complaint without giving any reason. Both are expected to be heard today.

On the other hand, the BSP itself has also reached the High Court. Party chief Mayawati had said on Tuesday that we gave unconditional support to the Congress in Rajasthan, but Ashok Gehlot got our MLAs unconstitutionally included in the Congress to harm the BSP. Now the time has come to teach them a lesson.

These 6 BSP MLAs joined Congress

Lakhan Singh (Karauli), Rajendra Singh Gudha (Udaipurwati), Deepchand Khedia (Kishangarh Bass), Jogendra Singh Awana (Nadbai), Sandeep Kumar (Tijara) and Wajib Ali (Nagar Bharatpur).

Governor Kalraj Mishra canceled the At Home program to be held at Raj Bhavan on 15 August. Coronavirus infection is said to be the cause. Politicians on the other hand say that the ongoing tussle between the Chief Minister and the Governor over the assembly session may also be the reason for this.

Rajasthan's Women and Child Development Minister Mamta Bhupesh said that we want to appeal to the Governor to keep the democratic traditions pure. We have sent a proposal to call the session for the third time after the cabinet meeting. We send answers based on the Governor's questions, but every time a new question comes up.

During political turmoil, Govind Singh Dotasara has today taken over as the state Congress president. Due to Sachin Pilot being a rebel, he was removed from the post of state president and given the responsibility to Dasara.

The pilot group also reached the High Court, demanding the cancellation of the SOG investigation

Sachin Pilot camp MLA Bhanwarlal Sharma moved the High Court on Tuesday. He appealed that the investigation and purchase of MLAs should be investigated by the Central Investigation Agency NIA instead of the Rajasthan government's SOG. SOG has filed an FIR based on the audio clip that went viral on social media, so the investigation should be canceled. Bhanwarlal has also made the investigating officer a party with the central and state government.
