Abhishek Agarwal is currently working on big films like APJ Abdul Kalam's biopic and G2 (Godhachari 2). While Dhanush will be seen in the lead role in Kalam's biopic, Emraan Hashmi will have an important role in G2. Why was Dhanush cast in Abdul Kalam's biopic? Producer Abhishek Agarwal spoke in detail to Amar Ujala Digital about this.

Dhanush is perfect for Kalam's character.

Abhishek Agarwal says about APJ Abdul Kalam's biopic, 'Dhanush is a great actor. There is seriousness and depth in his acting and style, which is perfect for Kalam Sahab's story. We needed an artist who is not only good at acting but also understands the responsibility of the role, so we chose Dhanush ji. He fits this character perfectly.'

This film will inspire every youth.

Abhishek further says about the film, 'This film will not only be entertaining but also an inspiring story for the youth. This film will tell that dreams can be fulfilled even in difficult situations. I don't want to reveal much, but this film will force every youth to think and get inspired.'

'G2' will be made in a budget of 100 crores.

Talking about his next film 'Godhachari 2 (G2)', Abhishek says, 'It is a spy thriller and its budget is 100 crores. This film was earlier released only in Telugu, but now we are bringing it in both Hindi and Telugu languages. Emraan Hashmi is in the lead role in the film.'

Excited about 'Bengal Files'

Abhishek also talked about his recently released film 'The Bengal Files'. He said, 'This film is an attempt to bring out the forgotten truth of history. We have worked very hard on the research. We have collected data from about 18 thousand pages. Director Vivek Agnihotri has made every scene with great care. It will gradually make a place in the hearts of the audience.'

Abhishek also discussed the controversy over the release of the film 'The Bengal Files'. He says, 'When you try to show the truth, some people try to stop it. But it is our responsibility to bring out the truth. We just want to convey the real events of history to the people.'
