There was a clash between Indo-China soldiers on December 9

According to local sources, a build-up of troops of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) of China was seen on 9 December along the LAC. The Indian Army personnel asked the Chinese Army to withdraw and firmly prevented their further advance. In the skirmish that followed, soldiers from both sides suffered injuries. Immediately after the skirmish, both sides returned to their areas. It is being told that a befitting reply was given to this sudden attack by the Chinese soldiers. While 20 soldiers were injured from the Indian side, the number of injured Chinese soldiers is said to be more than double.

After the incident, the local commander of India held a flag meeting with the commander of the Chinese side.

Following the incident, the Indian local commander held a flag meeting with the commander of the Chinese side and discussed ways to restore peace and stability under pre-arranged arrangements. Army sources said that there are some areas of LAC in Tawang where both sides claim their own and soldiers of both countries patrol here. This trend is going on since 2006.
