Why is PM Modi's visit to Canada special?

Let us tell you that this is the first time PM Modi has visited Canada after the tension between India and Canada. In 2023, Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Puri was killed outside a gurdwara in Canada, in which the involvement of an Indian agent was claimed. Since then, there has been a sourness in the relations between New Delhi and Ottawa. The then Prime Minister Justin Trudeau also left no stone unturned to spoil relations with India.
