The petition alleged that the film’s storyline was plagiarized from an original script titled ‘D-Saheb’, written by a Bengaluru-based screenwriter. The counsel clarified that while they would pursue appropriate legal action against Aditya Dhar, they would not issue any public statements regarding the matter.
