A statement by Maharashtra Health Minister Rajesh Tope about the death of 13 people at a Covid hospital in Virar in the Palghar district of Maharashtra could spark controversy. He said that the State Government will provide financial assistance to the victims of this incident and the families of the deceased. On Wednesday, 13 people died due to fire in the hospital after 22 people died due to oxygen supply failure in a hospital in Nashik. Already, the corona hit in the state and after that, these two accidents have raised concerns.
