New Delhi, March 28 (IANS) A total of 133 first information reports (FIRs) have been registered against various political parties for infringing the model code of conduct prior to the Lok Sabha polls in Delhi, said poll panel officials.
While 20 FIRs have been registered against the Congress, 13 FIRs have been registered against the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), said the official.
"A total of 5 FIRss have been registered against the Bharatiya Janata Party, whereas 85 FIRs are against other political parties," added the official.
The poll panel has also seized 53 unlicensed arms and 160 cartridges from the seven constituencies of the national capital.
The model code of conduct came into force March 5 with the Lok Sabha election scheduled in the national capital April 10.
A large quantity of liquor has been recovered by election officials.
