New Delhi, April 2 (IANS) At least 23 candidates for the Lok Sabha polls in Delhi have criminal charges against them, says an Association of Democratic Reforms analysis released Wednesday.
Of these 23, thirteen have been charged with serious criminal cases, including kidnapping, criminal intimidation and extortion, among others.
