Human Rights Advocate Nasreen in Iran said: Iranian women will not tolerate oppression, this is a war across

Protests have been going on in Iran since September 16 after the police custody death of 22-year-old Mahsa Amini. On the streets, women are raising their voices against the injustice being done to them. There is no leader in this movement. Every person has come out of his own free will against the oppression of the government and the arbitrariness of women.

The government wants to suppress the protest, and for this, it is killing people. But, I hope the picture will change this time. The dictatorial government will fall and women will get justice.

Human rights advocate Nasreen Sotoyudeh said these things in an interview. Nasreen was sentenced to 38 years and 148 lashes by the Iranian government in March 2019 for raising her voice for women's rights. Currently, he is out of jail due to ill health.

Rape with women who raise their voice

Nasreen says I can be arrested again any time. Never before has there been such a big protest in Iran before today. Every woman has her own story of pain, oppression, and torture here in 43 years. Hundreds of orders have been issued for the clothes women. Those who raise their voices are thrown in jail. Not only this but they are also raped.

She further says – I fought the case of many women. The arrested women are subjected to many tortures. They kill and hide their crimes behind the scenes.

Women living in death tunnels in Iran

On the condition of women in the coming days, Nasin said – Women in Iran are forced to live in the death tunnel. I was very active a few years back during the women's movement. I gave many interviews. I often discussed this with the judges. She used to tell them that Iran would one day reach the brink of collapse due to the injustice being done to women. We have reached this last juncture of the crisis.

The government does not want to give freedom to women. She will not stop killing the protesters. But, women will not bow down now. They do not accept hijab and veils.

People do not want to return to the old days in any way. The current opposition has raised the possibility of a change in government. The situation has changed a lot because of the Internet. Earlier the full details of the movement could not reach the people, now it is not so.
