Concerns about increasing cases of corona in the country are increasing everywhere. A curfew of 57 hours is being imposed in Ahmedabad from 9 pm tonight. It will remain till six in the morning of 23 November. The decision on imposing curfew in Surat and Vadodara can be done by this evening. During this time only milk and drug shops will be open. When the curfew ends at 6 am on Monday, 23 November, then the night curfew will start at 9 pm on the same day. For how many days this night curfew will remain, it is not clear yet.
On the other hand, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has said that there is no intention of putting a lockdown right now. The state government has also revoked its earlier order of opening school-colleges from 23 November.
The pace of corona is increasing in the country. On Thursday, 46 thousand 185 people were found infected. In comparison, 45 thousand 246 patients were cured. 583 patients succumbed to the epidemic. Thus, an increase of 343 was registered in the active case. The number of these patients undergoing treatment has been steadily declining since 3 October.
So far 90 lakh 1 thousand 263 people are corona positive in the country. It is a matter of relief that 84 lakh 23 thousand 162 people have been cured among them. 4 lakh 41 thousand 727 patients are being treated. The number of people who lost their lives due to infection has now gone up to one lakh 32 thousand 133.
150 ICU and 800 Covid beds ready in 3 days in Delhi
The government has stepped up preparations to deal with the increasing cases of Covid-19 in Delhi. Within 3 days of meeting Home Minister Amit Shah, 150 ICU and 800 Covid-19 beds in train coach were ready in Delhi. These 800 beds are at Shakur Basti railway station. CAPF doctors have been deployed here. According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, there are currently 3652 ICU beds. Work is on to increase their number.

According to the ministry, work has also started on increasing the testing. On 18 November, 28 thousand 708 RT-PCR tests were performed. By the last week of November, 60 thousand tests will be held every day.
The Center has also formed 10 multi-disciplinary teams. It will monitor more than 100 private hospitals, as well as submit reports to the Center on the needs of ICU and Covid-19 beds.
The 500 isolation beds at the Covid Care Center in the Chhatarpur area have been equipped with oxygen facilities.
Reserve for 60% beds of 90 hospitals
The Delhi government has reserved 60% of the beds of 90 private hospitals for Covid-19 patients. 80% of ICU / HDU beds of 42 other hospitals have also been issued an order to reserve for Covid patients. Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain said that this has to be followed in all hospitals.

1. Delhi

The number of infected has also increased to 5 lakh 10 thousand 630. Among them, 43 thousand 221 patients are being treated, while 4 lakh 59 thousand 368 people have been cured.
2. Madhya Pradesh
The state received 1363 new cases on Thursday. 887 people recovered and 14 died. With this, the number of infected people has now reached 1 lakh 88 thousand 18. Of these, 1 lakh 75 thousand 89 people have been cured. 9800 patients are undergoing treatment. The number of people who lost their lives to infection has now increased to 3129.
3. Rajasthan
On Thursday, 2549 people were found infected in the state. 1844 people recovered and 15 died. So far, 2 lakh 34 thousand 907 people have been infected. Of these, 20 thousand 168 patients are being treated, while 2 lakh 12 thousand 623 people have been cured. The number of people who lost their lives to infection has now reached 2116.
4. Maharashtra
On Thursday, 5535 people were found corona infected in the state. 5860 people were recovered and 154 died. So far, 17 lakh 63 thousand 55 people have been infected. Of these, 79 thousand 738 patients are being treated, while 16 lakh 35 thousand 971 people have been cured. The number of people who lost their lives to infection has now reached 46 thousand 356.
5. Uttar Pradesh
In the last 24 hours, 2586 new cases of Corona were reported. At present, there are 22 thousand 757 patients who are undergoing treatment. 4 lakh 88 thousand 911 people have been cured. State's Additional Chief Secretary Health Amit Mohan Prasad informed that the recovery rate in the state is 94.18%. A total of 7480 people have died from the infection.
