In such a situation, difficulties have to be faced. Americans sleep an average of 5 hours a night. At the same time, 3 days a week, they struggle with the problem of sleeplessness.
Dangerous to watch phone or TV screen at night
According to another report, only 8% of people in America feel that they have got complete rest from sleep. 50% of people turn on the phone before sleeping. At the same time, 37% of people sleep while watching TV. Dr. Das says that the light coming from the phone or TV at night misleads our body clock, due to which we do not get sleep at the right time at night. Sleeplessness can also be a symptom of some diseases. She says that avoiding the use of mobile TV and going out in the sunlight can help us to sleep easily.
keep the room dark and cool
