1000 private schools in Haryana have already registered for conducting the 8th class examination in Bhiwani Board. However, the matter of conducting the 8th annual examination in private schools affiliated to other boards is under consideration in the High Court. But there are around 2000 private schools in the state, for which the board has fixed February 20 as the last date for registration.

Haryana School Education Board Chairman Dr. Jagbir Singh says that this time 8th class board examinations will be held as per the instructions of SCERT. For this 1000 private schools have been registered. On the demand of private schools, the registration period has been extended from February 15 to February 20. Schools will be fined if they do not register.

Let us inform you that there is a dispute going on in the matter of conducting the 8th examination by the Haryana School Education Board in private schools affiliated with other education boards. However, from the very first day, the board is talking about conducting the 8th examination in private schools. But in between, the government has also said many times that there will be no 8th board exam. This is the reason why private schools have filed a petition in the High Court, on which the final decision is yet to come.

Board will take the examination at the behest of SCERT

SCERT is the academic authority. SCERT has asked the Haryana Board of School Education to conduct the 8th annual examination. SCERT will provide its syllabus and blueprint. Because the board has the expertise to conduct the examination and the board has already successfully conducted many types of examinations.
