Aryan was arrested in October last year for his alleged involvement in a drug possession case on the cruise. He was granted bail after spending nearly a month in jail. Aryan is the eldest son of Shah Rukh and his interior designer wife Gauri Khan. Both have a daughter Suhana and the youngest son Abram.
