92,719 cases were reported on the last day, 2,222 died and 1.62 lakh were cured; 13.54 lakh active cases reduced in the last 15 days

The pace of corona in the country is under control. For the second consecutive day on Tuesday, the number of new infected was less than one lakh. During this, the corona was confirmed in 92,719 people and 2,222 people died due to infection. The good thing is that during this time 1 lakh 62 thousand 280 infected people were cured.

 

Talking about the number of active cases, that is, the number of patients undergoing treatment, a decrease of 71,792 was recorded on the last day. In the last 15 days, there has been a decrease of 13 lakh 54 thousand 978 inactive cases. There were 25.81 lakh active cases in the country on May 24, which has now come down to 12.26 lakh.

 

Coronil banned in Nepal

The Department of Ayurveda and Alternative Medicines of Nepal has banned Coronil. It has been said from the Nepal side that the correct procedure was not followed while taking 1500 coronil kits from Patanjali. Patanjali claims that Coronil is very effective for corona patients. In the order issued by Nepal, it has been said that the tablet and nasal oil found with the kit are not effective in the treatment of corona.

Restrictions like lockdown in 12 states

There are restrictions like complete lockdown in 12 states of the country. These include Himachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Mizoram, Goa, Telangana, West Bengal, and Puducherry. Strict restrictions have been imposed here as in the previous lockdown.

 

Partial lockdown in 20 states/UTs

There is a partial lockdown in 20 states and union territories of the country. That is, there are restrictions here, but there are also exemptions. These include Bihar, Delhi, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Jammu, and Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Assam, Manipur, Tripura, Andhra Pradesh, and Gujarat.

With the pace of Corona stopping, Bihar was unlocked after 35 days from June 9. This was announced on Tuesday afternoon by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar through social media. This first phase of unlocking will be for one week (from 9 to 15 June).

1. Maharashtra

On Tuesday, 10,891 people were found infected here. 16,577 people were cured and 702 people died. So far 58.52 lakh people have come under the grip of infection in the state. Of these, 55.80 lakh people have been cured, while 1.01 lakh people have died. Presently 1.67 lakh patients are being treated.

 

2. Chhattisgarh

On Tuesday, 1,102 people were found corona positive in the state. 2,707 people were cured and 14 died. So far 9.82 lakh people have come under the grip of infection. Of these, 9.50 lakh people have been cured, while 13,257 people have died. 19,471 patients are undergoing treatment.

 

3. Gujarat

On Tuesday, 695 people were found corona positive in the state. 2,122 people were cured and 11 died. So far 8.17 lakh people have come under the grip of infection. Of these, 7.93 lakh people have been cured, while 9,955 patients have died. 14,724 people are being treated here.

 

4. Uttar Pradesh

On Tuesday, 705 people were found infected here. 2,227 people were cured and 92 people died. So far 16.99 lakh people have been infected in the state. Of these, 16.64 lakh have been cured, while 21,425 patients have died. 14,067 patients are being treated here.

 

5. Rajasthan

On Tuesday, 529 people were found corona infected here. 2,617 people were cured and 32 died. So far 9.47 lakh people have come under the grip of infection in the state. Of these, 9.25 lakh people have been cured, while 8,719 patients have died. Presently 13,624 patients are undergoing treatment.

 

6. Madhya Pradesh

On Tuesday, 535 new cases were reported here. 1,376 people were cured and 36 people died. So far 7.86 lakh people have come under the grip of infection in the state. Of these, 7.69 lakh people have been cured, while 8,405 people died. 7,983 patients are currently undergoing treatment.

 

7. Delhi

316 people were found corona positive in Delhi on Tuesday. 521 people were cured and 41 died. So far 14.29 lakh people have come under the grip of infection. Of these, more than 14 lakh people have been cured, while 24,668 patients have died. 4,962 patients are being treated here.
